From the flop to the hit: Marvel

Marvel’s Eternal is a pretty interesting movie, because spectators are probably not quite agreed with what they keep from the superhero spectacle. This is Eternal the only film of the Marvel Cinematic Universes, which sits on the status Rotten.

In the double opinion of the critics fans would rather want to make a picture of the blockbuster of Chloé Zhao. Meanwhile, fans can watch the film about the streaming service Disney +, and in the first five days after its publication Eternal was able to secure a larger audience as Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Eternal sets new spectator record

According to Samba TV, Eternal could win at least two million US households, whereas Shang-Chi reached only about 1.7 million. Hereby Eternal is the largest MCU film debut on Disney’s streaming platform.

Eternal in North America was able to achieve a banking result of 164 million US dollars, resulting in a lot lower than the 224 million US dollars of Shang-Chi. Of course, this could be at the current Corona pandemic, which is why many people decided against a cinema search.
